Host an AAU Event

WHY HOST YOUR EVENT WITH AAU?

AAU  offers many great local, regional and national tournament opportunities. There are many excellent benefits and incentives to license your new or existing event with AAU.

  • Affiliation with America's oldest & largest  Youth Sports Organization
  • Keep 100% of your event entry fees
  • Insure all your events if part of a series (If more than 7) for only $385 per year.  If less than 7 insure your events for $85 an event 
  • 10 Million dollars in liability coverage
  • Player insurance options that cover the athlete in league and non-league games
  • Option to include your results in AAU standings if approved by the State Sports Director 
  • If approved have your events promoted on this website and related social media feeds

Here is what you need to start

  1. Your own Non-Athlete AAU Membership (A background check will be completed so expected for approval to take several business days)
  2. AAU Club Level 2 Membership or Club Level 3 Membership 501(c)3 status
  3. Once your club is approved you can now plan your event.  You will need to send the request for the event through your club login at www.aausports.org.  It will be sent to the District Sports Director or Representative for approval.   
  4. If approved, you are Ready to Go.
