Marketing & Sales Intern Track

  • Intern is responsible to ensure ALL school requirements are met.
  • Applicants should be actively enrolled in an Athletic Trainer program in a college/university within NC or SC.
  • Intern will work closely with All or Nothing Performance and NCAAU and/or SCAAU to develop and implement strategies to reduce player injury and improve programs to support AAU organizations
  • Intern should be self motivate
  • Most collaboration will be done through Google Meet
  • Intern Track Assignments & Documents will be available in Google Class Room

Intern Description

We are looking for organized Sales and Marketing Interns to assist in the advertising and selling of All or Nothing Performance and/or other AAU clubs sponsorship packages which may include events, teams banners, fundraiser sponsorship, camp sponsorship, program sponsorship, etc.  These will be for local, state, regional and possibly national events.  The Sales and Marketing Intern's responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives. The Sales and Marketing Intern represents All or Nothing Performance and NCAAU/SCAAU and drives strategies to increase awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.

To be a successful Sales and Marketing Intern, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess a desire to have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.


  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Assist in analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Assist in researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Assist in gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Assist in implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks
